The H336N has been designed to effectively protect your TEE probe from damage and increase patient comfort during the transesophogeal ultrasound procedure. The guard is held in place by the natural biting action of the patient’s jaw. The soft, foam exterior on the mouthpiece reduces the amount of stress on the jaw, providing greater comfort for the patient. These bite guards are disposable, and come packaged 24 to the box, each in its own individual, non-sterile wrapper.
